Opportunities for Service
The Scriptures tell us that God has given each believer certain gifts for the work of ministry in the Body of Christ (Ephesians 4:11-12). Believing this, we hold that the Holy Spirit should lead, guide and direct each believer to serve where his/her individual gifts fit best. The Nominating Committee will no longer seek out and ask individuals to serve in positions such as committees, directors, teachers and leaders. If you feel led by God to serve *, please speak to someone on the Nominating Committee. Current members of this committee are Rob Wood (Chairman), David Banks, Jim Gore and Pastor Todd Burgess. If no one feels led to serve in particular positions, they will remain vacant and we will prayerfully consider what the Lord would have us do with the vacancy. It is our strong belief that if God desires a ministry to take place that He will lead and gift individuals to serve in the particular ministry. Listed below are current positions that are open. If you would like more information about any position, please contact a member of the committee you are interested in or of the Nominating Committee. We will attempt to keep this list current so that believers can pray about where God would have them serve.
